KC SEE is the Founder and CEO of the Quest Group of Companies, a Chartered Accountant (U.K.) and Chartered Secretary (U.K.) and a Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor (U. S.)
He was an auditor with Ernst & Young, a finance controller for various conglomerates before leaving to start the Quest Group in 1984, growing it to a regional consulting, training, coaching and mentoring Group with operations in Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, China-Shanghai and China- Hong Kong and Vietnam
KC has helped many organizations including some of the largest across Asia, to improve performance, productivity and profits. KC See has extensive experience supporting global companies with advisory and consulting work; covering strategic planning, marketing, investment funding, global expansion, business matching, merger and acquisition. KC himself is an entrepreneur with business interests in many different ventures and with experiences in publishing, online ventures, health appliances, confinement services, food and beverage, fintech, property and corporate finance, artificial intelligence and blockchain technology.
He has written 6 books including the bestseller “Quest for Excellence- An Asian executive’s guide to personal productivity, performance and profits.”” and latest book which is his first hard cover is “The Entrepreneur’s Treasure Chest”. He has worked with Robert Kiyosaki and was acknowledged in 2 of Robert’s bestseller including “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”.
He personally trained most of the faculty members of the LinkQuest eMBA program as professional trainers in his well-known and sought-after International Certified Professional Trainers Program which have students from 16 different countries. He is right now in the middle of expanding his AI-powered Travel portal globally.
Mr. Alan Low Kian Seng is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the corporate sector, having held significant roles at Protasco Berhad, a publicly listed company in Malaysia. Throughout his tenure, he was promoted more than ten times, culminating in his role as Chief Operating Officer before leaving in 2021. Alan’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting (2000) and he is a Fellow of CPA Australia, as well as a Chartered Accountant in Malaysia. He is also a Certified Professional Trainer (IPMA, UK) and an HRDF Certified Trainer in Malaysia.
Mr. Low has a wealth of experience in strategic business planning, leadership, and organizational transformation, having successfully led numerous initiatives, including cost optimization, digital transformation, and performance management frameworks. His expertise in developing talent competency and embedding core values into work practices makes him a highly capable mentor for business owners, particularly those in the SME sector, seeking to achieve sustained growth and operational excellence.
Dr. Charles Kwai-Fatt Cheung is a seasoned professional with a distinguished blend of academic and practical experience. He holds advanced degrees in international marketing, business administration, law, and a doctorate in business, and is currently pursuing a PhD in counseling psychology. Dr. Cheung spent 13 years at Wang Laboratories Inc., including six years as Country Manager in Thailand, before founding CyberDict Technology Ltd., an IT education specialist in Thailand.
An International Certified Professional Trainer, Dr. Cheung is passionate about sharing his expertise in strategic planning, competitive strategy, and corporate governance. Beyond business, he is deeply committed to non-profit work, serving in leadership roles such as Board Member of the Human Development Foundation and President of Rotary Club of Bangkok. With over 30 years of experience in education and publishing, Dr. Poh Swee Hiang has established himself as a respected leader and innovator in the industry. He holds a Ph.D. in Publishing Studies from the University of Malaya, focusing on the acceptance of eBooks among Malaysian consumers. Dr. Poh’s academic journey also includes a Master of Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University and a Master’s in Education from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
Throughout his career, Dr. Poh has demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing large teams and pioneering digital transformation in the publishing industry. As the Publishing Director at Penerbitan Pelangi Sdn Bhd, he oversees seven teams, driving innovation and success in educational content development. His passion for education and mentorship is evident in his role as the Lead Trainer at Pelangi Education Training Academy (PETA), where he offers specialized training in Transformational Change Leadership. Dr. Leong Kah Hon is an esteemed academic and industry professional with extensive expertise in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He is also a seasoned M&A consultant, providing expert guidance in business financial analysis and strategic advisory to help businesses grow and enhance their value for potential acquisitions or disposals.
